Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

Agreement to Participate

By participating in any SoccBloc Gaming activity, event, demonstration, or tournament (collectively referred to as the “Activity”), the participant agrees to the terms outlined in this Waiver & Release of Liability. Participation in any SoccBloc activity is voluntary.

Assumption of Risk

The participant acknowledges that recreational activities involving tabletop games, sportsthemed equipment, or event participation may involve certain inherent risks.

These risks may include but are not limited to:

• minor physical injury

• slips, trips, or falls

• contact with equipment or other participants

• accidental damage to personal property

By participating, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Activity.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant agrees to release and hold harmless: SoccBloc Gaming, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and event Organizers from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Activity.

This includes claims based on:

• negligence

• accidents during gameplay

• equipment use

• conditions at event venues

Equipment Use

Participants agree to use SoccBloc equipment responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided. Participants may be held responsible for damages resulting from intentional misuse or reckless behavior. 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoccBloc Gaming’s liability for any claim arising from participation in an activity shall not exceed the amount paid to participate in the activity.

Health and Safety

Participants confirm that they are physically capable of participating in the Activity. If a participant has any medical conditions that could be aggravated by participation, they assume responsibility for consulting a medical professional before participating.

Minor Participants

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to this waiver on their behalf. Parents or guardians assume responsibility for minors participating in SoccBloc activities.

Media Release

By participating in SoccBloc events or activations, participants grant SoccBloc Gaming permission to capture and use photos or video footage for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. Participants waive any right to compensation related to such use.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoccBloc Gaming from any claims or damages arising from:

• their participation in the Activity

• violation of event rules

• misuse of equipment

Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in a SoccBloc activity, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability.
